How do I place an order?
Choose a product, add it to your cart, set the quantity and continue to checkout.
Can I change cart quantity?
Yes. Use the + and − controls in the cart or checkout before placing the order.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available where the checkout provides the COD option and the order is serviceable.
How can I track my order?
Login to your account and check My Orders. Courier tracking is shown when it has been assigned.
How do seller-partner products work?
Approved seller listings can be shown on DeshiGram. The seller prepares the order, marks it Ready for Pickup and DeshiGram/courier flow handles shipment.
How do I become a seller?
Open Become a Seller, create a seller account, complete details/documents and submit listings for review.
How do I request support?
Use the Contact page, email support@deshigram.in or WhatsApp DeshiGram.
