Simple delivery information for DeshiGram customer orders.
Order processing
After an order is confirmed, the product is prepared for dispatch. Seller-partner products are picked up from the seller after they mark the parcel Ready for Pickup.
Delivery charges
Delivery/logistics charges are shown before order confirmation where applicable. Charges can depend on packed weight, shipment route and the product listing structure.
Tracking
When a courier/AWB is assigned, available tracking information will be shown with the order or shared through the available contact channel.
COD & prepaid orders
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders. Online payment options may be added or changed as payment services are activated.
