These terms explain the basic rules for using the DeshiGram website and ordering through it.
Website use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or joining as a seller/distributor.
Product information & pricing
Product availability, price, MRP, offers and descriptions can be updated. The amount shown at order confirmation is the amount applicable to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
Orders
An order can be subject to stock availability, serviceability, payment confirmation and operational checks. DeshiGram may contact the customer if information is incomplete.
Seller-partner listings
Seller listings are subject to DeshiGram review. Seller approval does not mean every future listing is automatically approved.
Policies
Shipping, returns, refunds, privacy and other published policies form part of these website terms.
